UPMYCO was born from a clear vision: create a different consulting firm, combining the technical excellence of large firms with the agility and client proximity of independent consultants.
The founding vision
Drawing on international experience and general management background, our founders created UPMYCO with the ambition to provide companies with high-value consulting, combining strategic vision with operational excellence. Consulting that helps executives break out of isolation when facing complex situations and effectively lead necessary transformations.

- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in one of the following fields: management, finance, strategy, marketing, engineering, or social sciences.
- Business schools: HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EM Lyon, EDHEC, Skema, etc.
- Engineering schools: Polytechnique, CentraleSupélec, Mines Paris, Arts et Métiers, Télécom Paris, etc.
- Universities: programs in economics, management or finance at institutions of excellence (Paris Dauphine, Sorbonne, etc.).

- Recent graduates: You have strong interest in consulting and significant experience (internships or apprenticeships) in demanding environments such as:

Upon your selection, we assign you a “Mentor,” an experienced team member who will contact you before your arrival. Their role is to:

- Integration breakfast: on first day, breakfast is organized with available team members, for friendly exchange
